Copywriter

Skills and Qualifications:

Responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive)

  • Create and execute annual and short-term campaigns
  • Work with accounts and graphic design teams to determine the client’s objectives
  • Create engaging content for all marketing materials.
    • This includes but is not limited to email, radio, web, social media, TV, and outdoor
  • Contact printers/vendors for quotes
  • Ability to write technical copy and press releases
  • Able to sell ideas internally and to clients
  • Provide effective direction through all phases of production

Graphic Design Intern

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Art Director with the design of print and digital media
  • Adjust size and format of artwork according to the necessary applications
  • Review all designs to check for accuracy
  • Work with creative team and web developer to execute creative concepts
  • Contact vendors for printing quotes

  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)

Account Coordinator / Social Media Assistant

  • Create meeting and presentation materials
  • Prepare monthly/annual budget reports
  • Maintain filing system and compile monthly reports for co-op funded programs
  • Assist with supervision of tasks of interns and student workers
  • Conduct market research
  • Assist account executives on day-to-day projects (i.e., building books, POP, creating presentations, etc.)
  • Maintaining the firm’s presence across major social media sites
  • Assist in the planning and management of the publishing calendar, social objectives, messaging, sourcing or creating the visual images for these posts
  • Assist in managing day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all social media channels
  • Review and monitor competitive brands in similar communities
